A behind the scenes video of a family portrait session at Camera Creations Photography studio.

I had the opportunity to win the LA Optimized 2.0 grant for small businesses where they analyze your business marketing from several angles and help you to build and improve on areas such as social media, SEO, marketing calendar and planning, website building or sprucing up, and graphics to promote the business.

LA Optimized sent a videographer to my studio during a family portrait session at my photography studio in Los Angeles to film the process of the session. I am so grateful to have this footage and to also place it on the homepage of my website so that people can get a glimpse of a family portrait photography session in action.

Of course, before any session event takes place we have already had a consultation where we discussed clothing, hair, makeup, how the client would like to show their images and find out more about the client as to why they want to do the session, some personal background about the family and discuss the style of their home so that I can better advise them on what kind of artwork might be suitable for them.

Finally, after the session, we always  schedule an ordering session where the client can view the proof images to select them for the final artwork.
