Robyn Gardenhire gave a wonderful presentation of various levels of her dance school in the interests of raising funds for dance scholarships at City Ballet of Los Angeles School. A dance scholarship can transform a child’s life, taking them to places they never imagined. I, personally, benefited from a dance scholarship from American Ballet Theater School when I began my ballet journey. It gave me the opportunity to study ballet with master teachers in New York and spurred me on to a professional ballet career.
