Portrait Photographer in Los Angeles

Always looking for ways to improve my portrait photography lighting by bringing in models, friends, or family to do some lighting tests. In a recent lighting test hair colorist Patricia Lynn Laas modeled for me. Patricia often uses me for her photography needs when it comes to hair and color tests, and family portraits. I wanted to also practice some posing direction, so I told her to just relax and I will direct her. We used a new single lighting setup with a silver reflector on the side and I opted for a very dark background. I like the way the silver accented her side. I moved Patricia forward in order to get the silhouette.
