My dear client Annette Yolas hired me to photograph the baptism of her son Amari this past May 2015 at the Holy Name of Jesus Church. I had the privilege of participating in this ceremony as the photographer where I witnessed Amari’s acceptance of the sacrament of initiation and entrance into the Catholic Church (aka, baptism).
I captured the Baptism as I would a wedding, or any other event, where I strive to photograph a collection of moments that individually, or when put together, can tell a story. The family portraits are included as the family is an integral part of the baptism ceremony. The images are then used by my clients in a DVD set to music, an album and prints such as canvas masterpieces and archival photography prints.
The images below show the pages of Amari’s album.
