Most furnishings are on wheels and can be moved to accommodate needs. Located in the Beverly Center Area on the Corner of 5th Street. Close to Restaurants, Trader Joe’s. Nice Neighborhood.

Studio with Seamless Paper Backdrop (black or white); Studio Floor Space Approximately 482 square feet; Central Air Conditioning and Heating; Ceiling Height 9′ 5″ and 11 feet; Soft Grey Wood Laminate Floors; Chairs with Gray Spandex Covers for Meetings; Exterior Restroom Available; Quiet Courtyard Entrance; Close to Trader Joes and Restaurants.

Rates: Weekdays (Mon. – Fri. 8am to 6pm)

There is a three-hour minimum. Billed per 15-minutes.

Photographers and Videographers, or Groups of 4 or more, $45 per hour; Business Meetings (6 to 20 people), minimum 3-hours.

Individual Business Meetings (1-3 people); Photography Students w/Student ID $35 per hour, minimum 3-hours.

Saturdays and outside of business hours add $15 per hour.

$100 check or cash retainer fee due upon booking studio.
